From Victorian ladies gracefully cycling in formation to the Portland-based Sprockettes drawing on cheerleading and burlesque on their bikes, the versatility of the bicycle has been realised in dance routines since its inception. The Velociteers proudly take their place in the history of bicycle dance. Their routines reference folk dancing, weaving, flowers and marching girls, creating coordinated fun times on two-wheelers. They celebrate the best of cycling culture: lit up, joyful, sustainable and lycra-free.
